When will I receive my certification? Same day American Heart Association certification card upon successful completion.

When does the certification expire? 2 years.

Contact the American Heart association customer service for e-learning products support. Customer service by email at elearning.help@heart.org  or calling 1-888-242-8883. Open Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IT solutions can be resolved by a Professional Service Specialist.

Cancellation Policy. No refunds will be given for courses. Students may reschedule a course, but three days notification is required. There is a strict "no late admission" policy.

ACLS | ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT PROVIDER CERTIFICATION

Can I register for the ACLS renewal course if my card has expired? Yes.

 

Is the current BLS card a requirement to attend the ACLS renewal course.? No, it is not, but adult BLS skills will be required to be performed. Your employer will make a BLS card a mandatory requirement.

 

Can I receive a BLS card the same day as an ACLS class? Yes, you can challenge the exam, including children and infants, or take heart code online to guarantee success.
