Certification Process

 

  1. Completion of the BLS Instructor Essentials Online course. $41.20. Duration:1 hour.​

  2. Participation in the in-person Instructor-Led  AHA BLS Instructor class.  $350. Duration: 5 hours.

  3. Successful demonstration of BLS skills and understanding of administrative responsibilities.

  4. Mentored teaching experience under the supervision of an experienced AHA Instructor in our St Petersburg office within six months.
