How soon do I get my certification?
Upon successful course completion, students are issued their eCard certification the same day.

A: Super easy! Just hop onto our eCard Lookup page. Enter your name and the email you registered with. Voilà! Your eCard should be right there. Can't find it? No worries, just drop us a line for help!

How to Purchase Books
Q: Where can I buy the course books?
A: You can purchase required textbooks directly from the American Heart Association's ShopCPR website here. They offer a wide range of materials for various courses.

Can I take these courses online?
Yes, but you'll need to attend a hands-on skills session in person to earn your certification card. Purchase at the American Heart Association ShopCPR website.

How to Purchase Online Classes
Q: How do I sign up for online classes?
A: Signing up is a breeze! Visit our Registration Page, select your desired course, and you'll find all the info to get started.

 
Cancellation Policy.
No refunds will be given for courses. Students may reschedule a course, but three days' notification is required. There is a strict "no late admission" policy.

What's the difference between CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support)?
CPR is a lifesaving technique for when someone's breathing or heartbeat stops. BLS includes CPR and other vital support skills, mainly for healthcare pros. Healthcare Providers require BLS.
